Bookings valid only on receipt of £50 deposit per week, the balance being due on arrival. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are charged in full if the accommodation cannot be re-let. Deposits are not refundable so for your own protection we advise that you take out cancellation cover. Bookings conditional upon the party being as described on the booking form. The number of persons and their names must be stated when booking. Tenants may receive visitors only with the consent of the proprietors. The proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation if, in their opinion, the behavior of guests is detrimental to the enjoyment of other guests. We recommend you take out holiday insurance cover.
