Our apartments are located on the Promenade and about 200yards from Victoria Road which has an abundance of shops, restaurants, café’s, markets, social clubs, pubs cinema & ice rink.

All within easy walking distance, as is the bus station or tram stop if you wish to visit Blackpool or Fleetwood, A car is not essential for your holiday.

Tariffs are based on up to 2 persons per apartment.

First extra guests staying in apartments 2 or 3 are at a tariff of £35 per week second or third extra guests at a tariff of £20 per person per week.

Sorry we cannot offer reductions for under occupancy.

Bookings valid only on receipt of £50 deposit per week, the balance being due on arrival. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are charged in full if the accommodation cannot be re-let. Deposits are not refundable so for your own protection we advise that you take out cancellation cover. The number of persons and their names must be stated when booking. Tenants may receive visitors only with the consent of the proprietors. The proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation if, in their opinion, the behavior of guests is detrimental to the enjoyment of other guests. We recommend you take out holiday insurance cover.
